Ugo Ejim is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer with a strong track record in property valuation, asset management, property sales/letting and real estate advisory services. As the founder and principal consultant of Ugo Ejim & Co., he has built a reputation for delivering accurate, data-driven valuations and strategic real estate solutions that help clients maximize the value of their assets.
He started his career with the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co. in 1997 where he rose to the position of Regional Partner and eventually exiting in 2016. With over 2 decades of hands-on industry experience, his expertise spans across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring clients receive tailored insights that align with current market trends and legal frameworks. This down trench experience underscores his ability to efficiently navigate complex transactions requiring a good mix of knowledge, tenacity and resourcefulness conclusively closing them with professionalism whilst also ensuring that clients investment objectves are timely met making him a trusted parter to a diverse array of real estate owners.
A dedicated professional, Ugo is committed to precision, integrity, and client satisfaction, bringing a methodical and analytical approach to every project. An alumnus of Lagos Business School, he resides in Port Harcourt with his family.

An Estate Surveyor and Valuer with 15+ years of experience, he holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria. An Associate Member of NIESV and registered with ESVARBON, he has served on key NIESV committees and is currently the Publicity Secretary of its Rivers State Branch.

Bsc. in Estate Management from Abia State University, Uturu He joined the firm of Ugo Ejim & Co. in 2018 and is an Associate Member of the Association An astute ESV, He is a Manager of the Firm and equally heads the property management unit.

A highly skilled Estate Surveyor and Valuer with expertise in real estate agency and investment analysis. He holds an HND (Upper Credit) in Estate Management from Rivers State Polytechnic. A professional member of NIESV, he upholds top industry standards and specializes in sales, rental assessments, and market analysis.

Colonel graduated from Abia State University in 2009 with a Bsc in Estate Management.
Experience in Real Estate with foci on agency, driving sales and procuring acquisitions of all types of Real Estate.

Experienced Real Estate accountant in financial reporting, analysis , issuance of receipt, reconciliation of account, book keeping including staff payment,appraisals and internal audit.
Eunice holds a Bachelor of science (BSC) in Accounting from University of Port Harcourt , Rivers state .

BSc. Nutrition & Dietetics from Rivers State University. 7 years of work experience at Ugo Ejim & Co. as administrative professional, coordinating Admin operations and providing Secretariat support to team/customer service.
