Ugo Ejim and Co. THE COMPANY ia an urban estate management firm and an advisor on real estate portfolio. We are registered by corporate Affairs Commision (CAC) in 2012 and licensed by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice Estate Management and its ancillary services in Nigeria.

We partner with client in all sectors and regions to determine their optimum real estate investment preferences and proffer custom solutions based on the opportunities available.

Despite our seemingly young age, our firms operations is underpinned by a combined experience of almost 50 years in the real estate industry. Our Lead Partner Ugo Ejim (ANIVS) has hands-on experience of almost 20 years in the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co. rising to the position of Regional Partner overseeing the business in the South-South South East Nigeria where he left to birth our firm
